Indexed pages rose from 17,199 to 19,832 across July and August — a net gain of 2,633 URLs. The more useful number is the pace: August added indexed pages more than twice as fast per day as July, while the not-indexed pool shrank.
| Month | Indexed | Net added | Per day | Not indexed | Rate | Impressions |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| July | 18,106 | +907 | 29.3 | 111,790 | 13.94% | 3,031,633 |
| August 1–28 | 19,832 | +1,726 | 61.6 | 109,627 | 15.32% | 3,258,558 |
| Period | 19,832 | +2,633 | 44.6 | 109,627 | 15.32% | 6,290,191 |
Indexed and not-indexed are month-end snapshots. Impressions are summed over the days in the period.
July added 29.3 pages a day; August added 61.6 — a 2.1× increase in pace. Growth in the total is expected on any healthy site; growth in the rate is the signal that crawling and quality changes are landing.
Not-indexed fell from 111,790 to 109,627 while total known URLs held roughly flat at ~129,500. Pages are moving from excluded to indexed rather than new URLs entering the index — so the remaining 109,627 is the pool worth working, not a backlog to grow.
Daily impressions averaged 97,795 in July and 116,377 in August, a 19% lift on a 9.5% larger index. Newly indexed pages are earning visibility rather than sitting inert.
At 15.3%, roughly six in seven known URLs remain unindexed. At August's pace the pool clears in years, not months — the lever is reducing what Search Console knows about, not only indexing more of it.
